📢 We’re Hiring | Customer Support Executive

📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
🗓️ Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday is a working day; weekly off on a weekday)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who enjoys customer interaction, appointment coordination, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to confirm and book demo appointments.

• Follow up with customers via WhatsApp, calls, and emails.

• Coordinate and allocate product demos to field demo specialists based on geographical zones.

• Handle inbound customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Track demo schedules and performance metrics using Google Sheets.

🔹 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Coordination, or Telesales.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada is preferred.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.

• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in field staff coordination or logistics will be an added advantage.
