About the Role
A reputed NGO is looking for enthusiastic and professional Female Client Relationship Associates (CRA) to join its team in Noida. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage client interactions, follow-ups, coordination, and documentation efficiently.
Freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in client relationship management are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client interactions and maintain professional relationships.
Make calls and conduct regular follow-ups with clients and relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with candidates and internal team members to ensure smooth communication.
Maintain accurate records, update databases, and handle documentation.
Provide timely information and assistance to clients.
Support the organization's social impact initiatives and related activities.
Ensure professional communication and a positive client experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data-handling skills.
Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,100 CTC per month.
