We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our growing BPO team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues on time.
Maintain detailed call records and update CRM systems.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language).
Good listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in BPO/freshers are welcome.
