RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Research & Prospecting
Research US-based SMBs using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Identify decision-makers and business owners
Build prospect lists based on target industries
Outreach & Communication
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Introduce company services professionally
Schedule discovery calls and follow-ups
Build trust-based business conversations
CRM Management
Maintain accurate CRM updates
Track lead stages and follow-up schedules
Document conversations and client notes properly
Discovery & Qualification
Understand business pain points
Ask consultative questions
Identify opportunities aligned with client needs
Coordinate internally with the strategy team

Participate in daily operational reviews
Follow SOPs and workflow systems
