Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Radiant. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹50,000 - ₹99,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring new projects and business opportunities for the company.

• Help in revenue generation and achievement of business growth targets.

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and project quotations.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

• Work closely with management to develop and implement growth strategies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
