Job Summary:
Nitsui India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer relationship management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Follow up on customer inquiries, payments, and after-sales support.
Travel across assigned regions to meet customers and expand the company's market presence.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (experience in fire-rated doors, steel doors, or the building materials industry will be preferred).
Excellent customer coordination and relationship management skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
