Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support the sales and business development team by managing leads, coordinating with clients, maintaining data, and handling backend operations. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and good in communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and social media
Maintain customer database and update CRM records
Coordinate with sales team for meetings and client follow-up
Track daily sales reports and maintain MIS
Handle client queries and provide backend support
Research potential clients and market trends
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Advance knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Ability to handle data and reports
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Any stream
Experience in FMCG or Sales Support role preferred
