Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Domestic BPO)

📍 Job Type: Full-Time
💼 Process: Domestic Voice & Non-Voice
💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 CTC per month

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our Domestic BPO team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions in the system.
Meet quality and productivity targets.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Eligibility:

Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Punjabi is an added advantage).
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
