Digitide is hiring Customer Support Executives to join our growing and dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior BPO telecalling experience who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Prior experience in BPO telecalling required
Shift: Day shift only
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
Good interpersonal and listening skills
Salary
Up to ₹26,000 CTC
Additional Information
Immediate joiners are preferred
