Job Summary

AMS Comtel is looking for motivated and target-oriented Recovery Telecallers to join our RBL Credit Card Recovery process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue credit card payments, understanding their concerns, and assisting them with suitable payment solutions while achieving assigned collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue credit card payments.

- Communicate professionally with customers and understand their payment concerns.

- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and available payment options.

- Follow the defined collection and calling process.

- Negotiate and encourage customers to make timely payments.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

- Handle customer objections and difficult conversations professionally.

- Maintain accurate call and customer records in the system.

- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

- Escalate customer issues to the concerned team whenever required.

- Maintain proper call etiquette and professional behaviour at all times.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Ability to handle objections and difficult customers.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Good listening and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.

- Hindi and English communication required; Bengali will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Experience: 0–3 years in BPO, telecalling, collections, recovery, or customer service.

- Freshers: Candidates with good communication and a willingness to work in collections are welcome.

- Education: Minimum 10+2; graduates preferred.

- Candidates with prior credit card, banking, DRA, or collection experience will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month

- Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹8,000
