Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Location: Park Street, Kolkata

Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year Experience in Team Handling/Sales (On Paper)

Salary: 22000/- -25000/-

Shift: Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives.

Monitor daily sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.

Motivate, guide, and train team members to improve productivity.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Generate sales reports and provide updates to management.

Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.

Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members when required.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Good knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Reporting).

Eligibility:
