We are currently hiring for Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) roles for US Healthcare processes with Knack Global.

Key Responsibilities

• Medical billing and RCM operations

• Charge entry and payment posting

• Accounts receivable (AR) processing

• Denial handling and follow-ups

• Working on US healthcare-related processes

(Role assignment depends on experience and profile suitability.)

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates – Eligible

• 12th pass candidates with minimum 6 months BPO experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Basic English communication required

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: Salary starts from ₹20,000

• Candidates with experience: Salary as per experience

• Cab facility available

• 5 days working

• Night shift (Rotational)

• 8 hours login

• Office-based role in Mohali
