We Are Hiring – AR Caller (International Process)

Process: AR Calling – US Healthcare (Claims Process)

Clients: US-based healthcare clients

Shift Timings:

🌙 Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST)

💸Salary - depends upon interview

📍Location -Mohali

🔑Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with US insurance companies on unpaid/denied medical claims

Check claim status and resolve payment issues

Analyze EOBs and take appropriate action

Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes

Ensure timely claim resolution and payment posting support

Skills Required:

Good English communication skills (verbal)

Experience in US healthcare AR calling preferred

Knowledge of medical billing, claims, and denial management

Ability to work in night shifts

Basic computer skills and familiarity with US insurance portals

🧑‍🎓Qualification:

Any graduate (or equivalent)

Minimum 6 months–1 year AR calling 👮experience preferred

Freshers with good communication may be considered (if applicable)
