Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

College is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.

• Provide accurate information about courses, career prospects, and campus facilities.

• Follow up with interested candidates to convert enquiries into admissions.

• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission formalities.

• Maintain daily records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

• Achieve monthly admission targets as assigned.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processes.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).

• Freshers and experienced candidates both are eligible to apply.

• Experience in admission counselling / education sales will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and counselling abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
