Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Academic Counsellor who can drive admissions, convert leads, and achieve aggressive targets.

This is not a passive counseling role — this is a high-performance sales role where your primary responsibility is to convert inquiries into enrollments while guiding students toward successful aviation careers.

If you are confident, persuasive, disciplined, and target-oriented — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, incoming leads, calls, and inquiries efficiently

• Counsel students and parents about aviation career opportunities and training programs

• Convert leads into successful admissions through strong follow-up and closing skills

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets

• Maintain strict follow-up discipline and lead tracking

• Ensure 100% compliance with POA (Plan of Action) & EOD reporting

• Provide a professional and confident counseling experience

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students

• Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, and professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions / education sales / EdTech / training institute

• Proven ability to achieve targets and convert leads

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Excellent follow-up and closing ability

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment

• Basic knowledge or interest in aviation careers

• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality

• Graduate in any field (preferred)
