Tandoor Chef – Pure Veg Multi-Cuisine Restaurant
Location: Borivali West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Food & Stay: Provided by the restaurant
Job Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tandoor Chef to join our Pure Veg Multi-Cuisine Restaurant.
Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of North Indian, Punjabi and Tandoor dishes.
Handle Tandoor operations, including naan, roti, kulcha, kebabs and other tandoori items.
Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and Tandoor area.
Manage food preparation and maintain required stock of ingredients.
Follow food safety and kitchen standards.
Work efficiently during busy restaurant hours.
Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
Candidate Requirements
Good and experienced Tandoor Chef required.
Prior experience in a restaurant/hotel kitchen is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Tandoor and North Indian cuisine.
Ability to work independently and as part of a kitchen team.
Good hygiene, discipline and work attitude.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month, based on experience and skills.
