Ensure taste consistency, quality, and proper presentation of food
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the tawa and kitchen area
Manage raw materials and reduce food wastage
Coordinate with kitchen assistants and service staff for smooth operations
Follow food safety and restaurant standards
Ensure timely preparation during peak hours
Support kitchen team as required
Requirement
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Tawa Master
Strong expertise in Dosa & Parotta preparation
Knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
Team player with a responsible attitude
