Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and creative Continental Pizza Chef to prepare high-quality pizzas and continental dishes while maintaining kitchen hygiene, food safety, and consistency. The ideal candidate should have experience in dough preparation, pizza baking, sauce making, and handling continental cuisine in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas including thin crust, hand-tossed, and specialty pizzas.
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to recipes.
Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare continental dishes such as pasta, sandwiches, salads, grilled items, and appetizers.
Ensure food presentation, taste, and portion standards are maintained.
Monitor food stock and inform management about inventory requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist in menu planning and introducing new pizza or continental recipes.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.
Required Skills
