We are looking for a On Job Trainee/Commi 1,2,3 to join our team Smoor Chocolates.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for finishing & garnishing cakes
Support in the daily operation and work
Work according to the menu specifications by the senior Chef
Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions
Prepare the daily mise-en-place in the bakery section
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
High school diploma or equivalent
Culinary school education or certification
1-2 years of experience in a pastry kitchen
