We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pastry Cook to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts as per recipes and standards.
Assist in cake finishing, decoration, and presentation.
Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance of products.
Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily orders and deadlines.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a bakery, pastry kitchen, or similar role.
