Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Mughlai Chef with expertise in traditional Mughlai cuisine. The candidate should have strong knowledge of rich gravies, kebabs, biryanis, tandoor preparations, and authentic cooking techniques while ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Mughlai dishes, including kebabs, curries, biryanis, and tandoori specialties.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Manage kitchen inventory and reduce food wastage.
Supervise kitchen operations and support junior staff.
Assist in menu planning and recipe standardization.
Ensure timely preparation and service of food.
Requirements
Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Mughlai Chef.
Expertise in Mughlai gravies, kebabs, biryanis, and tandoor cooking.
Strong understanding of traditional spices and cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
