Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Mughlai dishes such as kebabs, biryanis, kormas, curries, and breads.
Marinate meats and prepare gravies using traditional recipes and spices.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
Monitor food stock and assist with inventory management.
Minimize food waste and control portion sizes.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Mughlai Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering service.
Strong knowledge of traditional Mughlai recipes and cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Teamwork and communication skills
