Opening For - KITCHEN STAFF / STORE MANAGER / SHIFT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve gelato, waffles, and desserts as per standard recipes
Operate gelato and ice cream machines properly
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and service area
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and daily preparation (mise en place)
Assist in opening and closing duties of the store
Handle customers politely and provide quick service
Maintain stock levels and inform supervisor when items are low
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
Basic experience in kitchen / dessert / café work preferred (training will be provided)
Hardworking, clean, and disciplined
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
