The QSR Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and supporting team coordination. The role requires efficiency, multitasking, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take and process customer orders accurately (POS handling)
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the outlet
Follow food safety and quality guidelines
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Support kitchen and service staff during peak hours
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures
Uphold brand standards and SOPs
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent
Previous experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of POS systems
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
