Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in dough preparation, portioning, and proofing as per standard recipes
- Prepare and portion toppings, sauces, and cheese as per prescribed quantities
- Assemble pizzas and other menu items following standard recipe cards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, dough rollers, and prep stations safely
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils at all times
- Follow food safety and quality standards (FSSAI guidelines) during storage, handling, and preparation
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and inform the Shift Manager of shortages
- Support with receiving and storing inventory as per FIFO (First In, First Out) practice
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Follow all safety protocols related to equipment handling and kitchen operations
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices (training will be provided)
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
- Team player with good communication and willingness to learn
