Key Responsibilities
Read all KOT & assist chef for order prepare (FIFO)
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen as per hygiene and food safety standards.
Receive, store, and organize raw materials and kitchen supplies.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep the work area sanitized.
Assist in loading, unloading, and arranging kitchen inventory.
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Follow instructions from the Head Chef and Kitchen Supervisor.
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and food handling procedures.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
Understanding of food hygiene and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina and willingness to work long shifts.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass
Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen operations is preferred.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, cloud kitchens, or industrial kitchens.
