Hiring | Commi 3 / Kitchen Staff– Cake & Pastry

We are actively hiring for the position of Kitchen Staff in the Cook / Chef category. This position comes with a Fixed + Incentives pay setup. This position is suitable for candidates with up to 0 - 6 years of experience. You can earn up to ₹13500 - 16000 per month depending on experience and skills. Additional Insurance, PF, Medical Benefits may be provided based on the position and company policies. Candidates must possess Baking, Fast Food, Food Hygiene/ Safety for this role.

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass | Graduate in Hotel Management can apply

Job Responsibilities-

• Assist in the preparation of cakes, pastries, desserts and bakery products.

• Support the Chef/Senior Commi in daily kitchen operations.

• Follow standard recipes, preparation methods and portion controls.

• Maintain quality, hygiene and presentation standards.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and kitchen equipment.

• Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.

Eligibility-

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• Hotel Management graduates are welcome to apply.

• Freshers with a passion for bakery and pastry are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with relevant bakery/pastry experience will also be considered.

• Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a professional kitchen environment.

Skills Required-

• Basic knowledge or interest in Cake & Pastry / Bakery.

• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and grow in the bakery & pastry field.
