Job Title: Kitchen Helper – Continental Cuisine

Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Helper to assist the Continental kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, preparing ingredients, and supporting chefs in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, maintain hygiene standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
Assist chefs in the preparation of Continental dishes.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and storage areas.
Wash dishes and ensure all kitchen tools are available for service.
Receive, store, and organize food supplies following FIFO standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI and food safety guidelines.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep the kitchen organized.
Assist in stock movement and inventory arrangements.
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: SSLC/PUC preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
