👨‍🍳 Food Truck Chef / Cook

Company Name: Coastal Food Cart
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef / Cook to manage cooking operations at our food truck. The chef will be responsible for preparing authentic coastal dishes and maintaining food quality and hygiene.

The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (based on experience) along with free food, accommodation, and performance incentives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Prepare coastal dishes such as:
- Chicken Biryani
- Chicken Sukka
- Neer Dosa
- Fish Fry
- Chicken Curry
- Fish Curry
Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency
Manage food preparation and cooking during service hours
Coordinate with kitchen helper for preparation and cleaning
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the food truck kitchen
Handle basic stock preparation (marination, batter, masala prep)
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and seafood
Maintain fast service during rush hours

🔹 Shift Timing

Morning: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Saturday: Weekly Off
Sunday: Evening Shift Only
