Role Overview

Kitchen Staff are responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, marinating, etc.)

Assist in cooking under the supervision of chefs

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area

Ensure proper storage of food items

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Clean utensils, equipment, and workstations

Support kitchen team during peak hours

Monitor stock levels and inform shortages

Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen operations
