Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking, responsible, and enthusiastic Kitchen Staff to join our restaurant team. The Kitchen Staff will be responsible for food preparation, cooking assistance, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, following food safety standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as per company recipes and SOPs.

• Follow all kitchen processes, recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and workstations.

• Follow Veg/Non-Veg segregation and SOPs strictly.

• Check the quality, freshness, and expiry dates of ingredients before use.

• Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for stock usage.

• Support receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen inventory.

• Minimize food wastage and report damaged or expired products to the Store Manager.

• Maintain proper grooming, uniform, shoes, and personal hygiene standards.

• Follow food safety, health, and safety guidelines at all times.

• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and within the required time.

• Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members during peak hours.

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment as per the required schedule.

• Report any equipment malfunction, shortage of ingredients, or operational issue to the Store Manager.

• Follow all company policies, attendance requirements, and workplace rules.

• Perform any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Store Manager or Operations Team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th standard preferred.

• Freshers and candidates with relevant kitchen experience can apply.

• Previous QSR, restaurant, café, or food-service experience will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Employee Responsibilities

The employee is expected to perform all assigned duties responsibly and comply with the company's policies, SOPs, code of conduct, food safety standards, and instructions issued by management from time to time.
