We are looking for a Kitchen Staff to join our team at Aaji Care Home Health Services Private Limited and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Breakfast & Tea Preparation
Prepare and serve breakfast for elders and staff.
Make tea and other morning beverages.
2. Mid-Day Tasks
Wash, cut, and serve fruits.
Prepare soup for lunch or as per the daily menu.
3. Lunch Preparation
Cook and serve lunch as per the planned menu.
4. Evening Tea & Snacks
Prepare and serve evening tea and snacks.
5. Dinner Preparation
Cook and serve dinner according to the menu requirements.
6. Other Duties
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
Ensure meals are prepared with care and delivered on time.
Manage kitchen stock, monitor supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
