We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team. The candidate will assist in preparing Chinese dishes and support daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the chef in daily cooking and food preparation tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Handle basic cutting, chopping, and ingredient preparation
• Ensure proper storage of food items
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
