We are seeking an Indian Chef to join our team at one of our outlets, who can prepare daily meals for the office staff. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-quality morning breakfast, Indian thalis for lunch, & evening snacks in the evening. The position offers an in-hand salary of approximately 13,000 - 16,000, depending upon experience and taste.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure meals are prepared with proper hygiene and safety.
Managing daily preparation of meals that include breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks.
Cook food on time.
Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
Managing the daily food roster, keeping inventory ready for daily meals.
Must be capable of managing the kitchen separately.
Required Preparation Skills:
Indian - Rice, Pulao, Roti, Prantha, Rajma, Dal Tadka, Kadi, Chana, Chole, Idli, Dosa, & other gravies.
Chinese - Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chilli Paneer, Chilli Chicken, Soups & other Chinese items.
Sancks - Momos, Samosa, Mix Pakora, Fried Chicken, Pasta, Pizza, etc.
Breakfast - Bread Omelette, Poha, Prantha, etc.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must be educated and can interact with customers in a formal and decent way. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
