Job Description
Shahi Vadapav is looking for a dedicated and passionate Indian Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing Indian food, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Set up and organize kitchen equipment and utensils.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Follow all food safety and health regulations.
Manage inventory and report ingredient requirements.
Assist in menu preparation and recipe improvements when required.
Support and guide other kitchen staff, if needed.
Customize dishes according to customer preferences whenever possible.
Job Requirements:
Education: Below 10th / 12th Pass or above.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in cooking or kitchen operations.
Basic knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and food preparation.
Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management and teamwork skills.
