Key Responsibilities
Preparation: Expert in preparing bulk quantities of various biryanis (Hyderabadi Dum, Mugalai style , Kolkata style).
Cooking Techniques: Expertise in Dum style cooking, marination, and spice blending.
Consistency: Maintaining the specific taste, texture, aroma, and quality of biryani.
Kitchen Management: Handling the kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
Versatility: Often required to handle starters, kebabs, or Indian curries (All-Rounder)
