The role requires hands-on cooking, discipline, and the ability to manage both daily orders and bulk/catering requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a wide range of vegetarian dishes including:North IndianTandoori (Paneer Tikka, Kebabs, Starters)Chinese & Indo-ChineseSnacks & fast foodEnsure consistent taste, portion size, and presentation as per Royal Urban Veg Kitchen standards.Handle end-to-end kitchen operations during service hours.Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI norms.Manage prep work, marination, gravies, and daily mise-en-place.Control raw material usage and minimize wastage.Support and supervise kitchen helpers.Handle bulk orders, bhandaras, parties, and farmhouse events when required.Follow kitchen SOPs, recipes, and quality benchmarks.Assist in inventory checks and daily stock planning.Skills & Requirements2–5 years experience as an All-Rounder Chef in a restaurant, cloud kitchen, or catering setup.Strong expertise in vegetarian cuisine.Experience with tandoor and live cooking preferred.Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.Clean work habits and disciplined kitchen practices.Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours.Team-oriented and dependable.Preferred (Added Advantage)Experience in cloud kitchen / farmhouse kitchen setups.Exposure to catering, bulk cooking, and event menus.Knowledge of cost control and kitchen efficiency.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on skill and experience.Staff meals during duty.Stable and growing brand with long-term opportunity.Respectful and professional working environment.
