Tadka Rani is a leading Cloud Kitchen, operating 24 hours a day, delivering authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine across multiple brands. We are looking for a skilled Indian Chef to join our growing team. The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) in a fast-paced, delivery-focused kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes (North Indian, Mughlai, Tandoor, Curries, Biryani, etc.) as per standardized recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation for delivery orders.
Manage mise en place and oversee smooth operations of the assigned kitchen section.
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
Contribute to menu innovation and new product development.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen.
Strong knowledge of Indian gravies, spices, tandoor operations, and traditional cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, 24/7 kitchen setup.
Willingness to work rotational/multiple shifts.
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
