About the Role
Arabian Villa is looking for an experienced and skilled Chef to manage kitchen operations and prepare high-quality meals. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, Tandoor, and South Indian cuisine and be capable of preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve authentic Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, Tandoor, and South Indian dishes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food.
• Plan and manage daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock, and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Supervise and support kitchen staff.
• Prepare orders on time while maintaining quality.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
• Expertise in Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, Tandoor, and South Indian cuisine.
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
