We are looking for a reliable, multi-skilled, and independent Canteen Counter Operator to manage our corporate office cafeteria with immediate joining. This is a solo role requiring a candidate who can handle food preparation,, and maintenance without assistance.
​Key Responsibilities
​Solo Management: Independently handle the entire counter workflow from opening to closing.
​Cooking: Prepare a variety of snacks and beverages using an induction cooktop, griller, toaster and air fryer.
​Hygiene & Maintenance: Responsible for cleaning all cooking utensils and maintaining a spotless workstation before closing.
​Inventory: Monitor stock levels for daily requirements.
​Menu Requirements
​Candidates must be proficient in preparing:
​Beverages: Tea, Coffee, Lassi, Chaas.
​Snacks: Veg & Non-Veg Maggi, Chowmein, Sandwiches, Parathas, Chilla, Pancakes.
​Small Meals: Chilly Chicken, Chilly Paneer, etc.
​Candidate Profile
​Experience: Proven experience in a cafe or canteen setting.
​Technical Skills: Must be comfortable operating modern kitchen appliances (Induction, Air Fryers).
