Executive Chef -Bakery

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of products such as breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, muffins, and desserts.

• Has to majorly take care of whole sale business which includes production, supervision, quality, team handling etc

• Follow standardized recipes while maintaining consistent taste, texture, and presentation.

• Measure, mix, knead, proof, and bake dough and batters accurately.

• Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requirements or bakery standards.

• Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items to attract customers.

• Ensure all baked products meet quality and freshness standards.

• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery, equipment, and workstations.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

• Check the quality of raw ingredients before use.

• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, and report shortages.

• Minimize food waste through proper storage and production planning.

• Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and slicers.

• Train and supervise junior bakers or bakery assistants when required.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to meet production schedules.

• Handle customer special orders, including custom cakes and dietary requirements.

• Ensure timely production to meet daily sales and customer demand.

• Monitor production costs and help control expenses.

• Comply with workplace safety procedures and use equipment safely.

Location: Davangere, Karnataka (Interview in Bangalore)

Salary: Upto 80000
