About the Role
The Demi Chef De Partie (Pizza) executes pizza preparation and production according to Pizza 4P's standards and SOPs, ensuring every product reflects the company's craftsmanship and Omotenashi spirit. This role demonstrates technical competence across key pizza-making processes - preparation, stretch, make, bake, and cut - to deliver consistent, high-quality products safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, stretch, bake, and cut pizza following company SOPs.
Ensure consistency in dough handling, topping, baking time, and cutting quality.
Maintain product quality, taste, and appearance according to Pizza 4P's standards.
Strictly comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure raw materials and ingredients are properly labelled, stored, and rotated.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation, tools, and kitchen area.
Operate kitchen tools including pizza peel, temperature gun, scales, and cutting board correctly and safely.
Conduct basic equipment checks and report any malfunctions to the Leader immediately.
Support and mentor new entry-level employees when assigned by the Trainer.
Cooperate effectively with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Follow standard grooming, attendance, and workplace behaviour policies at all times.
Uphold Pizza 4P's core values in all actions.
Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma. Vocational or culinary education is an advantage.
Minimum 2-5 years in kitchen or pizza operations.
Basic English proficiency required.
Able to stand and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
