Cook Team Member

About the Role:
Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations and ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience by maintaining service quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic food preparation tasks, including preparing waffles, assembling items, and garnishing as per standards.

• Accurately take customer orders (in-store and over the phone) and provide detailed information about menu items.

• Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and instructions provided by the store manager.

• Operate the cash register and handle billing and payment processing efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.

• Prepare ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling in the kitchen area.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability at all times.

• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address customer queries or concerns.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and brand awareness.
