Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Tea Maker who can independently manage the day-to-day operations of our tea shop. The candidate should be skilled in preparing tea and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, handling customers, and ensuring smooth shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare tea, coffee, and other beverages as per standard recipes.

Maintain taste and quality consistency in all products.

Serve customers politely and ensure a good customer experience.

Handle cash, UPI payments, and basic billing.

Manage daily opening and closing of the shop.

Monitor stock of milk, tea leaves, sugar, snacks, and other supplies.

Inform management about inventory requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop, utensils, and equipment.

Supervise helpers (if any) and ensure smooth operations.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Take ownership of the shop and ensure proper care of equipment and inventory.

Requirements

Experience in tea making, café, restaurant, or food service preferred.

Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of cash handling and digital payments.

Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.

Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: upto 15000 per month (based on experience)

Performance incentives (if applicable)

Bi Weekly off as per company policy
