Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and hygienic Cook to prepare fresh meals and snacks as required while ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained kitchen. The role also involves serving tea, coffee, and other beverages to employees, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting the smooth functioning of the office pantry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, snacks, meals, and other food items as per daily requirements.

• Prepare food items on demand for employees and management.

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages throughout the day.

• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality, taste, and hygiene.

• Wash and clean all utensils, dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment after use.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, pantry, countertops, sinks, and dining/serving areas.

• Ensure proper disposal of kitchen waste and maintain overall cleanliness of the pantry.

• Store raw materials properly and monitor inventory levels.

• Inform the concerned person about the requirement for groceries, vegetables, and other kitchen supplies.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Minimize food wastage through proper handling and storage of ingredients.

• Assist in preparing and serving refreshments during office meetings, events, or guest visits.

• Perform any other kitchen- or pantry-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Cook, Kitchen Assistant, or similar role.

• Knowledge of preparing Indian snacks, meals, and beverages.

• Ability to prepare tea, coffee, and refreshments efficiently.

• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requests.

• Physically fit to perform cooking, cleaning, and dishwashing duties.

• Punctual, responsible, and well-organized.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an office, corporate pantry, café, canteen, or institutional kitchen.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and food storage.
