Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Multi-Cuisine Cook with 3+ years of experience to prepare high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure consistency in food quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental, and Bakery items.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety guidelines.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the team for stock requirements.
Follow standard recipes and ensure timely food preparation.
Assist in menu planning and introduce new dishes when required.
Eligibility
Experience: 3+ years as a Cook/Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or café.
Hands-on experience in North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental, and Bakery preparations.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
