As a “Kitchen Helper” you will be working along with a dynamic team of culinary enthusiasts. Your major role will be to organize prepare and organize food items. The major job responsibilities involve:  The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

• Assist in the Mise Planning according to recipes and specifications of the food items. 

• As a kitchen helper, you must have an understanding of FIFO, FEFO and MRD processes.

• Receive and store deliveries, checking for accuracy in the quantity and quality of the product. 

• Organize store inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation method i.e. FIFO (first-in-first-out) and FEFO (first-expire-first-out). 

• Assisting the chefs and KST staff in carrying out equipment and deep cleaning processes as per the process laid out. 

• Cook food in a timely manner.

• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.

• Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
