Job Title: Continental Chef
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef( DCDP, Commi 1, Commi 2, Commi 3) to prepare high-quality continental cuisine. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise, creativity, and the ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes in line with established recipes and standards
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet expectations
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Manage food inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and daily specials
Monitor portion sizes and minimize food wastage
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Team player with good communication skills
Culinary certification or relevant training preferred
