United Food Ventures & Associates is looking for an experienced and creative Continental Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver high-quality continental cuisine across our café/restaurant outlets.
Plan, develop, and execute continental menus (Italian, French, Mediterranean, European cuisine).
Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Control food cost, portioning, wastage, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.
Train kitchen staff and support new menu launches.
Coordinate with management on menu pricing and innovation.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts.
5+ years of experience in continental cuisine (Head Chef / Sous Chef background preferred).
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, costing, and hygiene standards.
Leadership skills and ability to manage a high-pressure kitchen environment.
