Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in preparing continental cuisine. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, maintain high hygiene standards, and be capable of delivering quality dishes consistently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes as per standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
Handle food preparation, mise en place, and station setup efficiently.
Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management.
Minimize food wastage and follow portion control guidelines.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Continental Chef is mandatory.
Good knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, grills, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and breakfast preparations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
